to locations, our control center is both flexible and easy-to-use.
Maintain your labor and equipment pools at the bottom. Most
users color code their equipment type (choice of 9 Datacard
colors) and then enter the equipment number or description
on the card. Personnel/crews are assigned similarly along
with the person's name or trade group.
Then just move these magnetic card holders as jobs progress
or change. As needed, write
job status or notes on the dry-erase porcelain surface and
you are always on top of it!
