You will always know the whereabouts of everyone at just a quick glance. Simply move the Magnetic Symbols as personnel come and go.

Arrange the adhesive lettering to set-up board as desired. Apply Adhesive Letters (from the Supply Kit) or write names on magnets and move magnetic circles to indicate status.
