Machine Load and Job Schedule Board

Maximize machine usage and job efficiency, identify job conflicts before they become
problems, and communicate the total job picture at a glance!

What could be simpler or more effective than moving magnets to re-schedule and re-direct
job flow? To schedule a job by department or by machine, simply write the job number or its
name on a Magnetic Symbol and place it by the appropriate machine and date line. Symbols
may be stacked where multiple jobs are scheduled on the same machine on the same day.
A date line is moved across the panel to indicate the current day and magnetic date headings
are re-arranged at month changeover.

The system is designed for daily scheduling of up to two months; however, different time
periods can be used by an easy change in the magnetic date headings.
