Our Magnetic Form Holders are constructed of clear plastic vinyl with two lengthwise
magnetic strips on the back. The holder protects datacards, records, forms and other documentation and adheres to magnetic boards and flat steel surfaces.

Adhesive strip backing also available for more permanent applications.
