Determine number of months out needed to schedule, order a panel for each month

· When the current month ends, simply lift-out the laminated panel, wipe off the dry-erase
surface, adjust the magnetic dates, and replace it at the rightmost end
· The leftmost panel always displays the current month so it is very easy for everyone to quickly see and understand
