Shipping & Handling

NO minimum order required.
FOB Origin. Ground shipping & handling charges in the continental U.S.
The charge will be pre-paid and added to your invoice and is based upon size
and weight plus packing materials needed for carrier delivery. No handling or
processing fees are added in the charge. COD fee as applicable.

Orders of 2'x4' boards or smaller will generally ship UPS. Larger size orders will ship via truck. Any air, overnight, expedited or upgraded shipping request will incur an extra charge.

Normally, truck shipments will be delivered to your semi-truck freight dock.
Inside Delivery - truck driver will deliver shipment from your dock to inside the
building, possibly to your floor if a freight elevator is available, but generally
not to an individual office. There is an extra charge for Inside Delivery option.
If no semi-truck dock is available, delivery service can be to an outside delivery door.
Liftgate - a truck with a liftgate (platform that raises and lowers at the back of
the truck) is required if your building has no raised freight dock and you do

not have personnel available to receive the package from the back of the truck.
There will be an extra charge for Liftgate delivery service.

Charges may be directly billed to your account.

6.   For orders shipped outside the United States, see International/Export.

7.   For questions, please contact our Customer Service department.

Larger item orders are securely packed in a wooden enclosure and shipped via an
established, highly reputable truck freight carrier service. Truck shipments are FOB
shipping point and thus the customer assumes ownership of the package once it
leaves our manufacturing facility.

While it is quite unlikely your shipment will incur any damage, it is possible and we
strongly recommend you follow these helpful guidelines in receiving your shipment.
If you receive and inspect the shipment correctly, any damage will be paid by the
freight carrier. However, if the recipient does not properly receive the shipment, it
becomes their liability for any damage or replacement.

Count the freight for number of packages received. Do not rely on the driver’s count
or paperwork quantity, do a physical count of the number of packages received.
Carefully inspect all items received. If damage exists and the product is not
acceptable for use, refuse the shipment. Do not accept it as damaged, but rather
refuse it. Always retain a copy of the freight slip.
If multiple products are in the shipment, but not all damaged, accept the shipment
with all damages clearly detailed on the freight bill. Retain a copy.
You have the right to open and inspect the items before signing acceptance.
Although not likely, it is possible for an item inside the package to be damaged
without any obvious external indications.
Always take pictures on any damages including the external packaging as well as
the items damaged.
6.   Report any damage to the freight carrier immediately and please let us know also
Again, it is not likely you will receive a damaged shipment; but should it occur,
your replacement order will “move to the front of the line” such that we can re-ship
it to you ASAP.
