This board is designed to specifically manage Kanban production processes
      · T-cards are placed in magnetic, white plastic, card holders which adhere to a dry erase,             magnetic whiteboard
      · Each holder column has slots for up to 39 kanban signal T-cards
      · Select the number of cards and slots you need and that determines the optimal board
        size required
      · Quickly create your own layout design with our magnetic T-card slot holders
      · Available in either a wall mount or roll-around style

      · Magnetic T-Card Holders - white, plastic, 1" slot spacing
      · Laser T-Cards - 5 colors
      · Adhesive Letter Sets - 3/4" and 1/4" for title and column headers
      · Charting Tape - 1/4" green, red, yellow to indicate Kanban levels
      · Hanging or Rolling Hardware

Classic T-Card Kanban Application
      1. Each column represents a unique part
      2. The number of T-cards x the quantity indicated on the card is the the maximum
          inventory level for that part
      3. A green tape level (lining tape) sets the number of T-cards for the allotted inventory
      4. A yellow tape level indicates when additional parts need to be produced
      5. A red tape level shows if it is time for emergency or immediate production
      6. Remove cards from the board as a signal to produce more of a particular part
The T-card board system can also be adapted to your particular Kanban processes.
