| WHITEBOARD FIVE YEAR WARRANTY |
COVERAGE: Every Magnetic Concepts Corp. (MCC) whiteboard is warranted against any
product defects or workmanship including surface stain, shadow, crack or fade for up to five
years from date of purchase. Should any such defect occur, MCC will promptly repair or replace the board with the same or a comparable product.
EXCLUSIONS: MCC is not liable for any damage from mishandling or any defects occurring
from misuse or abuse including the use of writing instruments, accessories or cleaning products which are not sold by MCC or approved for use on MCC whiteboard surfaces. Shipping cost for any repair or replacement is excluded.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Customer should either return the defective whiteboard or
provide a photo revealing the specific defect to document their claim along with date of
purchase, purchaser name, and their shipping address.
This warranty is non-transferable.
