How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within days, not months. Small stock items ship within 2 business days. Stock or plain whiteboards ship within 7 business days, and custom whiteboards ship within 7 business days after you approve your proof. Large quantities or custom modifications may take longer.

To see the lead time for an item, click its part number in the price table on the product page. Lead times are listed by quantity. 

After you add an item to your cart, the bottom of the cart shows “Your order will ship within XX business days.” Once your order is processed, we’ll email you an order confirmation with your promised ship date. When the order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking information.
