  • The leftmost panel (stationary) lists all employees. 
  • The rotating weekly panels to its right each display one 7-day work week.
  • When a week ends, simply lift out that panel, slide the remaining panels left, and reattach it at the far right. 
  • Wipe the dry-erase surface, adjust the magnetic dates, and write in the new schedule when ready.
• Roaster Panel
  • The non-rotating, 12”-wide left panel lists all employees to be scheduled.
  • Organize staff by position: servers, kitchen staff, host staff, on-duty managers, etc.
• Weekly Panels
  • Each rotating weekly panel is 18” wide. 
  • Order as many panels as needed to schedule out as far as desired.
