Detailed Description

Whiteboard System Setup
- When equipment is put into service, write the due date on the red side of the magnetic symbol and place it on the proper date.
- Assign personnel by writing names or initials on a magnet.
- Flip the double-sided magnet to the green side and record the completion date when finished.
Flexible Setup Options
- Configure the system for daily or weekly scheduling.
- Common layout: equipment/machines down the left side, schedule dates across the top, completed dates on symbols in grid squares.
